1. Platforms. SUMS software is available on CD and online. It is supported on PC, interactive whiteboards, Mac OS X, all networks inc RM CC3, the internet, Windows Mobile devices, the Sony PSP, the ASUS eeePC inc Linux, all Learning Platforms. It can also be accessed online using the Nintendo Wii. |
2. Evaluate our software. Visit The Playground where you can use many sample activities online. Educational establishments can receive evaluation software by clicking on the banner above. VLE and Learning Platform users can download it as SCORM 2004 packs by clicking in the yellow box above.

| 3. Home Access Software. Schools can provide Home Access to SUMS Maths using online or CD versions. Parents should visit www.sumsathome.co.uk to purchase our Home Access Maths CD. Parents can also buy our maths software for the Sony PSP from www.sumsfun.co.uk and for the ASUS eeePC at the www.eeeEducation.com website. |
| 4. Language versions.We have full translations of our 80 core activities for the Welsh language, Irish Gaelic. Also a 'localization' for USA schools. |

Black Country Challenge schools go SUMS Multi-Platform.

SUMS Maths has been adopted by lead schools in four Black Country local authorities in an exciting project sponsored by Black Country Creative Partnerships. The sixteen schools involved have been provided with the full SUMS Maths Multi-platform solution that gives them access to SUMS Maths on all of their network, at home using Learning Platform delivered SCORM versions, and on a wide range of handheld platforms such as Sony PSPs, ASUS eeePCs, Windows Mobile devices and Nokia 810s. |
Oxfordshire schools go for SUMS Maths on their VLE.

Oxfordshire have selected SUMS Maths as a leading curriculum software package to go across their 230 schools. Oxfordshire use RM's Kaleidos Learning Platform. SUMS Maths was supplied in SCORM format - a standard that allows students and teachers to use SUMS Maths online in the most powerful way to deliver individualised learning. |

The SUMS team was delighted to win the prestigious NASEN software Award. NASEN are the top UK body for Special Needs, and they only award one software prize a year, so this was a major recognition for SUMS Maths. |

Dudley project puts SUMS Maths and SUMS Phonics onto 1,000 ASUS eeePCs

This month the Dudley Grid for Learning has started a powerful project to provide all of their pupils with the benefits of mobile learning. The first stage involve putting 1,000 ASUS eeePCs (RM Minibooks) into ten schools. All of the devices will have both SUMS Maths and SUMS Phonics installed, and Dudley advisors see SUMS Maths in particular as a key element in the learning that the devices will deliver.

Wolverhampton extends use of SUMS Maths on VLE and Handhelds/PDAs

SUMS Online has worked with Wolverhampton schools and the Learning2Go project for some time, being voted at one point one of the three most popular software offerings on their PDAs. Now more than 20 Wolverhampton schools have extended their use of SUMS to cover both handheld platforms and VLE delivery. |
Hartlepool Secondary School wins Northern Grid award with SUMS Maths on PDA

SUMS success in problem inner city schools
7th April 2008
SUMS Online has been awarded contracts to provide SUMS Maths to two local authorities with problem inner city schools. More than 100 Primary schools in Bristol and Leicester have been provided with SUMS Maths as part of strategic action led by their CLCs to improve standards. |
SUMS Maths launches in Irish Language

in 2007, SUMS was awarded a contract to translate all 80 of our core mathematics activities into an Irish language version. SUMS Online has worked with Dublin based companies Carroll Education and
Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd to ensure that we achieved the highest quality translation possible and the online version is now live. |
