Should any SUMS product or service, or any aspect of this website, fail to meet your reasonable expectations then please write to the address below explaining the problem. Note that we will always replace faulty or lost CDs.

A confirmation of your order will be sent by email or post. Despatch is usually within three working days, and always within 10 working days. You may return CDs at your own cost and thereby cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.

We provide free telephone technical support to schools during normal school working hours. Sorry, we cannot support pupils directly, or their problems with their home computers (or homework).

We work hard to provide a high standard of service and reliability, but from time to time things do go wrong for short periods. We are therefore putting into place a full mirror service for users to switch to on those rare occasions. Of course, you also have the CD version at no extra charge.
